Cocido Baga

This tradition officially began on May 18th. Stephane Guérin and Arturo Pardos prepared the legendary cocido that they serve in La Gastroteca at La Cocina de Frente, and therefore, #elcocidodetodos was born, an initiative by Juanjo López to give prominence to the cocido and create a buzz around it.

Pedro Sánchez de Bagá carried out the second edition of this project. Other renowned chefs, such as Luis Alberto Lera, Nacho Solana, Albert Adrià or Pepe Solla, among others, have confirmed their participation in this year’s agenda.
