We like to be daring, so we change, periodically, the presentation of our cocido. With the arrival of the heat, the Summer Cocido breaks into our kitchen, with some tempered servings that lighten the strength of the dish to be easily digestible and refreshing while maintaining a delicious flavor. We start from two core broths, one in which certain ingredients are cooked and the other - indisputable protagonist of the soup - with which we start the menu. Our Summer Cocido surprises and pleases equally. There are many stews in the world; this is just one of ours.
